Training wheels off

Cole and Shayne decided to make good use of the sidewalks in the neighborhood and took the training wheels off of his bike.  He's riding like a champ!

Eating Cereal

Grant is more than ready for solids...so here we go:

Sleeping solo!

Due to circumstance more than necessity, Grant didn't sleep in his own room until he was he was about five months old!  He slept in his super cool motorized bassinet in the Texas house and in the condo until he outgrew it about the time we moved.  Then, in the transition of the move, it was just easier to let him sleep in the pack-n-play in our room to keep him close.  But FINALLY I got his room pulled together, everything washed and assembled and here are some pictures of his

Moving In Day

After a two day drive from TX to IN and a night at Shayne's corporate apartment, the day finally arrived in which our THINGS would arrive.  We'd spent nearly a month living out of our suitcases since we'd spent three weeks in the condo after our house in TX closed.  We were more than ready to see our stuff and the boys were delighted to see their toys come off the truck and into the playroom.

We'd bought new master bedroom furniture, and it had already been delivered, so the boys set up camp in there to try and stay out of the mover's way.  "Try" is the operative word here.

I wish I'd taken more pictures, but the boxes were coming quickly.  It was a long day and over the next few weeks we were lost in a sea of cardboard as we rediscovered we own WAY too much stuff.
